Reside Vacation Services is a premium vacation rental and property management company in Orlando, Florida, founded by Christina and Alex — investors and landlords with over 20 years in property ownership, rental operations, and real estate development. The brand positioning is deliberate: think and operate like an investor, not a volume-driven management company. Their stated goal is to become one of Florida’s most trusted premium brands in vacation rental management — built on structure and results, not scale.
The Challenge
Reside Vacation Services was a brand-new business with no existing website, no domain history, and no digital presence to build on. Everything had to be created from a blank slate, with two specific constraints:
- The site needed to immediately read as premium and established, not like a brand-new operation — credibility from the first scroll, in a market where Orlando vacation rental and handyman services are typically fragmented and inconsistent.
- The structure had to support three distinct service lines (Vacation Rental Property Management, Property Enhancement & Value Optimization, and Integrated Handyman Services) without the site feeling like three separate businesses bolted together.

The Result
Reside Vacation Services launched with a fully functional, premium-positioned website that didn’t read like a day-one brand — service pages, owner-facing messaging, and a built-in testimonials section all live from launch. The architecture is also built to scale: each service line has room to grow into its own content and SEO footprint as the business matures, without a structural rebuild.
